Is his show on satellite radio? I had heard it was, but I haven't been able to find it. What time and channel is it on?

Here it is for others that are interested. I guess I had trouble finding it because it's called "Basketball and Beyond," not "The Coach K Show." ;)

I thought Cathy was talking about the TV show, not his radio show.

Hmmm....I had to switch to Firefox for Section 21, if I was chatting in IE, and had Our House open in IE, I'd get logged off from Section 21. (This only started after I upgraded to IE 8 from 7). I still use IE for most of my browsing, including Our House. I'd delete all of your cookies and see if that makes a difference.
Hmmm...given the state of food in my house, I may have to eat all the cookies. :p

Was this a repeat of last Sunday's show, the retrospective on the decade, including retired jerseys?
I don't know if it was on last Sunday. But it was the 2000 decade in review.

I'm thinking good-bye song, like:

Mr. Rogers: "It's such a good feeling to know you're alive, such a happy feeling you're growing inside. . ."

Donny & Marie: "May tomorrow be a perfect day, May you find love and laughter along the way. . ."

Sonny & Cher: "They say we're young and we don't know, we won't find out until we grow. . ."

Carol Burnett: "I'm so glad we had this time together. . ."

Captain Kangaroo: (and this is a stretch) but the theme music could play until Coach K hangs up the keys to the Treasure House, er, Cameron Indoor.
“The invention of basketball was not an accident. It was developed to meet a need. Those boys simply would not play 'Drop the Handkerchief.'”

CTN's homepage is prettier now. I enjoy working with images way more than trying to make links work. Links and structure = headaches. Designing = aspirin.

Was his father named Señor High?
I was going to ask the same thing!

Where do you find the ñ? Is that an html code or you find it here somewhere? I doubt you have it on your keyboard... I copied yours to use it in my post.
I "googled" translater or translate this, entered "mister" and the copied and pasted the reply to Cathy's post.

His dad's name was Loomis.

He had a brother named Pete Bottoms. Pete's wife's name is Betty Bottoms. That's quite an alliterative name.
You may have missed my attempt at humor :ymblushing: .

Junior High, Senior High...

I guess Mrs. Bottoms could have a worse name...

Nah, I didn't miss it. I was really hoping that his father's name would be "Senior High." But then I got sidetracked by Betty Bottoms.

I wonder if J.R. Reid's father was named S.R. Reid.

So we had our annual semi-formal tonight - Vegas Themed.
It was pretty good...

However, some of my "friends" (yeah, they really are my friends - just very possible they will attend unc) got stopped in the parking lot and breathalized. Three girls, probably with a combing total of 11 if you added up their class ranks (mine is 11 or 12 by itself) got alcohol CONSUMPTION tickets. After they had ragged on me about my possession ticket. Hmph.

Oh, and in other news: I attended my first Southlight Alcohol Education class today. Lasted pretty much all day and I had to rush home from Raleigh to make the 5:45 pictures at the Sparks house (yeah, the one and only). Quite a few college freshman, mainly from NC State, are in that class. And the biggest jerk to ever walk the halls of my school (a year older than I am, he attends Campbell).
