Oh, well that's just cheating. It should be preserved in its original state forever. Just hitting a bunch of emoticons to beat me out and then going back to change them is cheap. OWN YOUR IMMORTALITY IN ALL ITS CHEESINESS MAN!! ;)

I suppose I could've had a countdown, but I like the idea of pirates evolving into a pirate, monkey, cow party. Maybe EarlJam can write a song about it.

Anything but a poem. We should get drunk and sing it for Cinco de Mayo.

I posted a pic in The Stadium, specifically in the Football area. The thread title is "Dinner With Coach Cutcliffe." Check it out!

Nope. =(( The mother board has a bad capacitor - the cap is swollen. Don't know if this actually failed or is waiting to fail, but it rules out fixing whatever else might be wrong, like the power supply. I am shopping, and trying to decide between staying with XP or going with Vista home premium. Both my printers have Vista drivers available, so it becomes a matter of choice, not necessity.

I don't know what motherboard yours was, but bad caps were a huge problem up to about 2 years ago. We still get them every now and then, I'm replacing one tomorrow in fact. But 4-5 years ago we were haunted by them. Even Machspeed, who warranteed their boards for life, gave in and said no more. Apparently, some guy bought a ton of capacitors for dirt cheap and distributed them to everyone, for cheap. Now we all know why, but not back then. When I open a case nowadays, caps are the first thing I look at. I'm almost bummed if I have a problem PC and the board looks good. But then I realize I actually have to figure something out and am happy. Stay with XP Ozzie, if anything buy a blank drive and I'll get you the OS.
