But either way, I have to get the air mattress out.

I'm sleeping on an air mattress for the next couple of days. Furniture is at the old place, I'm at the new place. Cable is at the new place, internet is at the old place. I'm packing right now. Just finished emptying bookshelves in the office. Miles to go before I sleep. Would love to have everything done by Wednesday when the movers arrive, but I don't know if it will happen. I have to be out by the 15th, so I'll have to move the stuff I don't have packed by then.

DukieInKansas, welcome to the party! It's great to have you here!
If you have not already done so, I highly recommend reading the "Windsor's Daughter is Hot" thread. It's one of the funniest threads I have ever read. Probably up there with the "Patrick Davidson is a Urban Legend" thread on TOWEL.

I wish I'd had several of those for Sam.
Actually, I wish I'd thought of that invention. It's a great idea, and I imagine that the parent who invented it is raking in the dough.

Home from FL. Quick trip but fun. We stayed at Bud's brothers house, on a lake. First thing Harley did was jump in, swim, play and splash. He loved it. He made the trip great. No problems. We did take him to the Navy Divers Renunion on Sat. He behaved very well. Was not a pest. We played ball with him in the bay several times. Harley was in heaven. The only problem we had was people feeding him, which gave him the "squirts". He survived. He was better beheaved than Bud's brother. hehe.
We go back to Kenansville tomorrow, as Bud is working staring Wed. to the end of the week. I am planning on leaving K'ville and going to DukePA's to spend a couple of days. I will be taking wine, the Duke tent and lord knows hat else to her house for the upcoming wedding of our oldest grandchild and only granddaughters wedding on the 29th of this mo. The wedding will be on Emerald Isle. No slow down in sight. I hope the old people (us) can keep up.
I love crazie talk. What a great bunch of folks.
GO DUKE!!!
ps: if im miss spelled, forgive me, I am NOT going to proofrread. GTHGC!!!

ROFLMAO!!!!! YOu are bringing back memory's! My son's Dr. did the circumcision twist and much toooo my surprise, the Dr. (male I might add) freaked out when his old faithful started spurting and shooting, especially on him!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I can remember as I saw my little man (as a baby laying there) was WHAT AN ARC and NICE SHOT!!!! An athlete in the making!CathyCA wrote:My kid peed on Dr. Rob at his first pediatrician appointment. Re: LTE 2.0
CB&B, this reminds me of when I went over to my sisters BIG ASS HOUSE and apparently stepped in something in the back yard that her doggies left behind.... needless to say I didn't realize it at the time but we ALL walked upstairs on her carpet and there was a couple of leave behind traces of my presence.... OMG, I was so embarrassed and would have cleaned it up, but my brother in law apparently turned to my sister and requested her to clean up (he was just kidding of course).... I never pictured you as the demanding type! You haven't lived if you haven't changed a diaper! Although it is a good bonding experience, you eventually get it down to a science, especially when the fragrance starts and everyone starts looking around! Excuse me please, I'll be right back!CameronBornAndBred wrote:I'm glad I never had them. Re: LTE 2.0
I did 9 1/2 consecutive years, took about a 6 month break, then back in for 3 1/2, so not quite 13 consecutive years of diaper changes, but almost. I'm still wiping Ronnie's bottom but hopefully I'll be done with that in another year or so.

There are 11 years between my oldest and my youngest. They all trained at somewhere around age 3 1/2.cl15876 wrote:I know boys are slow, but I calculate at least 5/6 boys! How DO YOU DO IT?Bostondevil wrote:Due to the spread out nature of the sons, I changed diapers for 13 years.

Re: LTE 2.0
I was reading from last post backwards and couldn't figure out from the replies  what in the heck these were! After slipping on the rug earlier tonight and now thinking about rug burn protection, the vivid display of "WEE WEE MAN" just wasn't resonating until I saw the gerber baby picture with the application of the device in action! OMG! and it's only 3 easy payments of $19.95!!!!bjornolf wrote:Here's a better image that shows one of the sayings and the fact that it's hollow.
