Re: Man VS. Food --Durham episode
Good question. Technically, it might lie (lay? ;) ) in unincorporated Orange County...... although its post office address is Chapel Hill. I'll need to check into that. If it's outside city limits, I can feel a lot better about myself.

Whew. It's not in the city limits. It's in the rural buffer (corner of Mt. Sinai Rd and NC 86). Now I can eat there without guilt or shame.

I agree 100% with this sentiment. Bullock's pulled pork is, to me, eminently forgettable.DukeUsul wrote:Let me add that I like Bullock's non-pork offerings: their fried chicken is great, as are the puppies and stew. But for BBQ, I have to go to .... dare I say it .... Chapel Hill *ducks*

Agree with you. The only time I go to ch is when I go to Trader Joe's. Wish there was one in Durham.DukeUsul wrote:Whew. It's not in the city limits. It's in the rural buffer (corner of Mt. Sinai Rd and NC 86). Now I can eat there without guilt or shame.

I believe there is one in Cary and soon to be one in Raleigh/Ralegh/Rah-lee/Raw-lee/RallyVery Duke Blue wrote:Agree with you. The only time I go to ch is when I go to Trader Joe's. Yeah, absolutely. I prefer QShack but I'm aiming for a trip to Raleigh and The Pit sometime during this upcoming hoops season.wilson wrote:I agree 100% with this sentiment.
