Nice chance to share football paintings, too.

I signed up for two that I found. I also invited anyone over if they want to hit the chat room for games.Devil in the Blue Dress wrote:There's also a Facebook group for Duke Football. Check out the notes regarding tailgating!

Awesome group! This is getting me so excited for the first game!!! I can't wait.

Re: Cutcliffe Nation
I joined the Duke Football group, but not "Cutcliffe Nation," for a couple of reasons:
1. I have long since tired of "_______ Nation" to refer to groups of sports fans.
2. Duke football was and is about a lot more than Coach Cutcliffe. I love the guy, and think he's definitively the right guy to lead us back to respectability, but I don't want to pay allegiance to him above the team or the Blue Devils.
Just my slight rant/two cents, but I'm getting very excited for the season, too.

Re: Cutcliffe Nation
Totally understandable point, and a good one. I still joined, but I did have reservations at the name.wilson wrote:I joined the Duke Football group, but not "Cutcliffe Nation," for a couple of reasons:

Re: Cutcliffe Nation
I don't care for the name of the group particularly, but this is clearly the largest Facebook group supporting Coach Cutcliffe. My reason for joining is that I think Coach Cutcliffe is a most remarkable man who embodies many fine qualities as a person and as a leader of people..... not unlike Coach K.wilson wrote:I joined the Duke Football group, but not "Cutcliffe Nation," for a couple of reasons:
