The roughing the passer call on DeShawn Stone was major chicken shit.

As was the offensive PI call on Jordan Moore that would've given us 1st and goal on the 4 shortly after Brown's electric KO return.

Regardless of reffing, we aren't going to win with that play calling and execution. This group is a two play team, and neither were working all that well.
Murphy was only 18/31 while we rushed for only 74 yards. That's abysmal. (And it's also why you kick the effing field goals.) X(

In a low scoring game, points are at a premium, so kick the field goal.

I was really hoping for a day game. What irony, a Duke football fan complaining about a prime time kick off.

This is a crazy stat given our history.
Duke improved to 15-2 at home over the last three years.
Said Diaz: "Wallace Wade is a hard place for an opposing team to come win. That's what the facts say."

Never thought I would live to see the day when Duke is bowl eligible and Alabama is not. :9f:

Great game, defense! (Offense, you didn’t turn it over.)

And the loss to the cheats in 2022 was a felony. Eff the dishonest acc refs.

SMU star tight end RJ Maryland out for the season. Maryland is a stud. Catches passes all over the field. I never want to see an athlete injured but if it has to happen it may as well be the week before we play them.

Yes, I hope he has a full and quick recovery. The timing, however, is somewhat opportune.

Agree with all of these sentiments. I feel sorry for the young man, but if a star is going to be out for an injury, it may as well be prior to our game with them.

Steve Spurrier, Fred Goldsmith, and David Cutcliffe will all be in Wallace Wade on Saturday, recognizing the '89, '94, and 2014 teams.
