Very happy that our annual first storm of the season will be long gone by Monday! It's gonna be super wet here Thursday, so I'm doing the BBQ on Wednesday. I'm debating doing the ribs on campus, and I'm leaning in that direction. Since I'll be there at 10, I'll have plenty of time to smoke them before we eat. I'm definitely doing the chicken on site in the smoker.

I would bet he'll have the ribs and chicken done before too many people show up. Opening up the smoker too often slows it way down.
I've had real trouble trying to smoke a whole pig with people around. Have to lock the doors down.

Lubricating the chef does work well though, in moderation.

Ha! I actually doubt that I'll be lubed with any bloody marys on Monday, though. I tend to reserve those drinks for much earlier games, so I'm sure by "noon" (which starts at 11 on campus), I'll be prying open a brew.

So with that in mind, I'm bringing my Pandora gaming system. Literally hundreds of old school arcade games, and an old school gaming console.
NO QUARTER given, and no quarters taken.

Fun for both the young at heart and the young in body. (And I'm betting the young in body might get their ass kicked.)

And yes, amongst those literal hundreds of games are Pac Man, Donkey Kong, and just about any other arcade action that you dropped a quarter for, and more.
