Good morning. Golf this weekend - time for the Club Championship tournament! Two day every stroke counts format. I’m in the net division and it’s flighted after day one, so playing better tomorrow is more important than playing well today!

Overall yesterday was ok, but a tale of inconsistency. I started off with 2 triple bogeys (7s), then played well for the next eleven holes, only 5 over. Then the double and triple bogeys returned, shooting a 93 (44, 49). Course is a par 71 (35,36), only one par 5 on the front side. If I play well today all will be ok. If not, …..

Good morning.

I was consistently mediocre yesterday. No really bad holes, no triple bogeys (or worse!), but I only made two putts 4 ft. long, on #2 and #17 for my only pars of the day. I actually played the same golf ball for all 18 holes. Shot another 93 (75 net), same score as Saturday but a totally different round. I was totally amazed that I won the fourth flight net score competition! So it was a good weekend!
