I sporked him for having the cajones to say that.
Good idea. Did you tell him to pop over?

Did you notice “there are bad people on both sides” post? So lame.
Not to pile on Jason, but he deleted a bunch of posts and gave us all a scolding when he was pretty guilty of adding to the issue. The only thing worse was PackMan who made some really lame false equivalencies about Democrats being as bad as Republicans. A bunch of us called him out but the whole thing got cut.
I’ll pile on. He doesn’t like a trump and he can’t hide it In many of his comments that go over or very close to the edge of what he is trying to police. He needs to look in the mirror. Its do as I say not do as I do .
If anyone ever tells you they are a stable genius. Get the hell out of there.

A colleague said that there is grounds for immediate impeachment on charges of election interference. Not sure how that would play out, but it seems pretty open and shut to me.
Is your colleague a person with specialized knowledge, or just a citizen with common sense like the rest of us?
The latter. Apparently a couple of folks have sent a letter to the FBI, requesting that tRump be investigated for election fraud. It’d be super fun if the FBI apprehended him and led him away from the White House in handcuffs.

Interesting article about one of the Republican Reps who has broken with Trump, Adam Kinzinger from Illinois. He is a pretty hard core Republican on policy issues who voted for Trump this year but has finally seen the error in his ways. I'm sorry it took him so long but kudos to him for stepping up - he is taking a lot of heat. Also linking to his twitter feed, which is really interesting and entertaining - scroll back at least to 12/31/20.

I love that he is standing up to Trump and trolling all of those who blindly follow Trump and kiss his backside. But his politics are kind of scary. Though I would gladly return to the days where our disagreements were over politics and not over what should be basic issues like how a president should behave, are outright lies by the president OK, is it OK for the president to threaten people, is it OK for the president to consistently violate laws, etc. Ah, the good old days...

A military plane that President Donald Trump sometimes uses is reportedly scheduled to land in Scotland the day before Joe Biden's inauguration, fueling speculation that the president plans to leave the US for his luxury Scottish golf resort rather than attend the event.

I believe that also puts him closer to Moscow than D.C.

Does Scotland have extradition?

The question is moot. Trump ain't welcome.
Donald Trump's hopes of escaping to play golf at his Turnberry resort in Scotland rather than attend the inauguration of Joe Biden in Washington on 20 January have been dashed by the country’s first minister, Nicola Stugeon, who says he will not be allowed to enter due to new lockdown measures.

Since he owes tons of money to folks in Russia, too, he may want to look into a safer, friendlier country, like North Korea.

I was actually wondering after I posted about his alleged trip; I can't imagine that Scotland is particularly balmy in the middle of January.

Those gusts off the water must do wonders to his hair.

Trump should go to Jeffrey Epstein's old private island. I think that would fit him perfectly, and I think he might have been there before. And then once things have settled we can easily move him over to Guantanamo Bay where he can rot away the rest of his life.

It was posted by Jason. With a disclaimer that he doesn't support or oppose it. Whatever.

It is incredibly clever. I just wish that the Dems were as good at winning elections at all levels as we are at creating clever memes.

Mixed messages coming out from Georgia. Low turnout today apparently which is bad for Rs of course but at the same time 18-29 year old turnout is low which is bad for Ds....

Confused, no. Overwhelmed maybe, happy definitely, but not confused. Like a fat man at a smorgasbord.
