It's about a little girl who is murdered in 1973 (or some time in the early 70's), and she narrates the book talking about heaven, how her family and friends are coping with her death. When I first heard about it I remember thinking I am so not ready to read this book. A few weeks ago I was shopping for a book and saw it and decided that I am in a better place in my life to deal with it. So glad I picked it up.

I've read it. It's a great book!

I, too, watched Bones tonight. While eating supper. My pepperoni pizza became a bit less appetizing during the opening scene.

I'm rereading 'Blink' by Malcolm Gladwell for book club. We're reading any book by Malcolm Gladwell, or all three if truly inspired. Should be a fun meeting.

So Miles, is the warning about the spider pic for me? If so, thanks for remembering, I'm not going near that thread. And I loathe spiders to a pathological degree. It's called arachniphobia.

Ok so update time.
Met w/ my boss, who has my back. Brought in the person that works for me and we all met for a long time. My boss essentially told her she's dropping the ball (big time) and that she's responsible (not me) for the success or failure of that area. Basically told her she has to get her act together NOW.
We'll see what happens because if things don't change... I don't even want to go there right now...

I can no longer keep up. And that is flat out awesome. There are too many topics floating around here for me to read every thread. I just think that is way cool. Y'all rock. (We have only been live for a week, most websites would kill for our traffic) (At least new ones, meaning even a few months old)

I figured that much but thought maybe, just maybe, there might be something more like all the cool sigs you've gotten and what you'll be wearing and all that.

Nope, just offered up by the chairman of the department of pediatric oncology as a runner with a potentially interesting story. They are going to film Ronnie a little bit too.
