Shaquille Powell's family needs our help

Some of you may have already heard about the bout with cancer which Shaquille Powell's little brother is facing. A fund raiser has been set up to help pay the medical expenses.... the compliance office has given checked it out. The fund raiser is in compliance with NCAA rules. Here's a link with more information about Malachi's condition and how to help the family. ;;)

A family is giving $8,000, what an amazing gift. Beautiful random acts of kindness for a member of the Duke family in need. Their story has really struck a cord with me.

Malachi is back in the hospital. The tumors are not responding to treatment as expected. His mother (Shaq's mom) is on unpaid leave for what is expected to be a long campaign against this cancer. The fundraiser is more important than ever. Here's a link to the most recent update and the fundraiser.
