Has my memory failed me? I can't recall Coach K ever being ejected. Am I right?

I have always gotten the feeling that when he gets furious enough to get a T it's because he thought it over and decided to. He's always seemed in control even about being out of control, bless his heart.

I hope it's not lost on everyone here that this is a satire piece; no way Grantland ever says something genuinely nice about Duke or Coach K.
