I just turned out a KILLER batch of caramel ice cream. (recipe from Mustard's Grill in Napa 'Valley) I'm ready to declare a caramel ice cream day.

I think I'll make up a sort of a Bananas Foster sort of thing and top it with the ice cream. It would sure be good sitting beside a helping of apple pie, too. Oh heck. i'll just eat it as is!

We'll bring the reserve QB, err, ice cream freezer. I don't believe we have our hand crank one any longer so we'll have to tap into the massive generator power of TNTDevil's in order to run our electric one.
