All that is gold does not glitter, not all those who wander are lost; the old that is strong does not wither, deep roots are not reached by the frost.

There's one New York Yankee player I genuinely like.
Unfortunately, his career may be near a close.
Mariano Rivera tears an ACL while catching fly balls.

They're so small, how could he possibly have strained himself?

I'm a failure as a nerd.
But I still like that line from the movie trailer.

Hugs from me, too (better late than never). I've found that it helps me to do something special on the anniversary of my Dad's death, November 13. I still can't go to church on Father's Day, though.

Has anyone read BLUE BLOOD? Stepdaughter's new squeeze brought gifts this weekend. Got her candles, got the Rev Lawgrad a couple of vintage albums, and got me BLUE BLOOD.
I know Art Chansky (9F9F9F9F!) is a sheep, but is this something I would want to read? Or will it raise my BP too high?
Wonder if he has ever changed his password....

You know, this could be a dandy thread title. The thread would be guaranteed to surpass the number of posts in the OY John Wall thread.
Countdown to captmojo response begins now...
2 frickin' days! It took me 2 days to ask who the Hell is/was John Wall.

On way home from Beaufort we had a direct overhead flyby by the Blue Angels. They could not have been more than about 300' overhead, in a cool star formation. The boat show was cool, but that was flat out awesome. (They are here for the air show at Cherry Point.)
