His successor, son number 3 I believe, is foreign educated. Do you think that could help the North Koreans come into the 21st century, shed their old ways and welcomed the new ways?

Unfortunately, I have to agree with Lavabe. I wish Tilly was correct but I don't hold out much hope. However, there are some good signs. A high school friend spend 8 days in North Korea working with aid organizations.
