I've done it, multiple times. The last time I did it I could get out of bed and had to call Kelly for help to me. I was scared beyond belief. A few hours later I was able to relax and move around by my neck was killing me.
I also discovered an impinged nerve when talking on the phone, holding it between my ear and shoulder, and sneezing. It paralyzed me for about thirty seconds. It felt like electricity shooting down my neck and out my fingertips, while Bruce Lee karate chopped my neck a few times for good measure. Ever since then I dealt with that pain every time I sneezed for six years. Thankfully my chiropractor finally got me all worked out and now I can sneeze like a normal person.
