FSU comes to town to play our rested and, hopefully, healed Devils who are riding high from their comeback road win against FIU. We've got another fantabulous 3:00pm kick-off and, as of now, glorious football weather to enjoy the tailgate and game so, let's have a big turn-out to see the Devils beat the Seminoles!

This week's menu is gonna' be different and, we hope, fun. We're going south to Meh-he-co! (Apologies to all who expected us to follow-up Chris' 3rd place w/some pork but, quite honestly, we're a bit "smoked out" for now. ;) )

About 2 dozen quality brewskis left over from the Phi Psi shindig 2 weeks ago and donated to our tailgate for the hospitality shown when the University's "affinity tent" never materialized and the rain did Assortment includes Spaten Octoberfest, Sam Adams Octoberfest, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Corona Light (Donna will like that!) and a couple of Kirkland private label select beers from their sampler case (a Belgian Wheat, etc.), which surprisingly were pretty darn good.

And just so TNT knows the aliens have returned me intact, I'll pick up a package of Costco dogs as well, just in case anyone doesn't like taco's (I do!)

Team devildeac will total 4 and will bring shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and shredded cheeses for the burritos and tacos. We will buy the lettuce and tomatoes at a grocery store and shred/dice the produce ourselves shortly after arrival to the tents. We do not have homegrown lettuce or tomatoes. We do not have a cow or dairy farm so I think we'll buy a pre-shredded blend of cheeses for the event and not try to shred 3-4 different types of cheeses while we are there.

I think this is a great idea for Brunchgate but I am not wearing a sombrero.

How do you make your Margaritas? What tequilla and ingrediants are you using?

The daughter of a lady at church unexpectedly passed away, and the Rev Lawgrad is presiding at the funeral, which is at 2 on Saturday in Walnut Cove.

Nonetheless, we must defeat the half-noles!

I have JUST spoken with Chris Kautza, and contrary to rumors floating around, tailgating in Blue Devil Alley on Saturday will all go on as usual. There will be NO ropes preventing use of our hillside. They have thrown some grass seed on it, which of course is a waste of time and money, but that is their loss and not our concern.
