Re: Happy Birthday Knights68
Thanks for the wishes so fgar and those that will appear after this post.
I have actually been trying to figure out what I wish to do this year (as some may remember last year on my 40th b'day I had 40 days of celebration/fun/adventure).
I am certain starting next year I am just gonna celebrate the entire month of June!! lol
Any one have any ideas for this years celebration(s)? I am tapped out of ideas (mental block actually) currently
For today, after work I shall venture over to my woman's place where she will treat me to a nice dinner, then back to her place to watch a movie or two on the 'ol DVD. Saturday my mom and older brother will be taking me to lunch at Red Robin and then back to my place for a movie.... TAKEN.... with my projector. It'll be awesome!!
The Big 4-1 ... wwwwooooo wwwhhhhhoooooooooooooooo

Knights68 - So you know, I know CathyCA would have already sang YOU a Happy Birthday song and sent wishes to you early this morning, but her computer decided to misbehave last night and we've been trying to get it fixed ever since, but wanted to let you know that she is clamoring at the bit to get back online and send her wishes to you!!!!

Re: Happy Birthday Knights68
Is that something you buy, Tilly, or do you make them? I've never heard of a chocolate ice cream sandwich.
That made me think of the Duggar family birthday cake (those people on TV with the 18 kids). They take two huge boxes of ice cream sandwiches, two cans of spray whip cream, a bottle of chocolate syrup, a bottle of caramel syrup, and a couple king size butterfinger bars.
They lay a layer of sandwiches in a big foil pan, then spray down one can of whipped cream, dump a bunch of the chocolate and caramel syrup on and crumble up one of the butterfinger bars. They mush it all down, then add another layer of ice cream sandwiches, the rest of the whipped cream, the rest of the syrups, and the rest of the butterfinger bars, again crushed up. They freeze it overnight, and that's their special birthday cake thing. It actually sounds pretty good, I thought.

I buy them at Harris Teeter, and they are a Harris Teeter brand. I have never seen them anywhere else.
