Can any one help?

I have no idea how, but my tool bar changed. Now I have no arrows to get back to where I was when I want to go to another website. Other things are gone, such as the google tab. I use Firefox. What do I do to get back to my original toolbar? If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate your input.

Right click anywhere towards the top of firefox and select "menu bar". It should reappear. If you don't see those options, then right click in another spot until you do.
