I think you did a great job getting this going and all of these will BE minor issues BUT will BE fine tuned overtime. Figured I would let you start a site functionality suggestion list if you wanted to, but this one seems to be a pretty easy fix along with the avatar image upload.How do I create a poll?
When posting a new topic or editing the first post of a topic, click the “Poll creation” tab below the main posting form; if you cannot see this, you do not have appropriate permissions to create polls. Enter a title and at least two options in the appropriate fields, making sure each option is on a separate line in the textarea. You can also set the number of options users may select during voting under “Options per user”, a time limit in days for the poll (0 for infinite duration) and lastly the option to allow users to amend their votes.

Although I didn't initially see the poll capability in the permission list, I went through steps to create one and walla, the permission is there! YOU ARE THE MAN!

I talked with devildeac tonight. He'll be heading to the coast this weekend. You know what that means... lots of reading! ;)
