Re: Student lack of attendance at today's football game
I disagree with a lot of the sentiment directed to the students in this thread. I wish more students went to games. I wish more students cared. I wish more students liked football. I wish more students would rather enjoy a good game than getting blitzed on a Saturday afternoon and looking like an id...

Re: Student lack of attendance at today's football game
Our students' "tailgate" is immortalized via YouTube. I'm so proud to be associated with these people. http://www.google.com/search?q=duke+tailgate#q=duke+tailgate&tbs=vid:1&tab=wv That being said, I'm not going to call them out for not being interested. It would be inconsistent to get all up in arm...

Re: Need new socks
I learned from Stacy London that my socks should match my pants. Tan with tan, black with black, etc. I recently bought a mixed pack of six pairs of different color socks (black, tan, gray, etc.) at Sears for about $15. One of the set usually matches whatever pants i need to wear.

It better not be drinking in moderation, cuz then I'm screwed ... actually I keep seeing studies that show that moderate consumption of alcohol is beneficial. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Cameron crusties... see I always thought that was the stuff growing on the pipes in the tunnel under Cameron where our marching band uniforms used to be stored.

Re: Twitter
I read a tweet from Durham's own Only Burger food truck to find out that they were camping out near my office for lunch today. So I went down and had my first Only Burger burger. It was delish.
Yay twitter.

Re: Exercise!
Well I'm inspired by all you people who are exercising, so I'm getting into it. Mrs. DU have bought P90X and are going to do it. It's supposed to be ridiculously hard and will surely kick my butt. But I need to do something to get into shape. 2nd note to DU: see candy list :)) =)) See I'm trying to...

Re: LTE 2.0
We went to the fair tonight. I had a deep fried pecan pie. It was pretty good in design, but not the perfect execution. I think it was a frozen piece of pie and even after cooking away in boiling oil, the center of the pie was still a tad cold. But I ate the whole thing anyway. http://sphotos.ak.fbc...
Re: Twitter
I don't tweet and I don't reat tweets. I don't care about others brain farts. It can be more than that. Yesterday, I was monitoring Twitter for journalists' "#accopbk" tweets from ACC Operation Basketball. I was reading the quotes from the coaches and players as the journalists were tweeting them. ...
