Re: The Official "Good Morning" Thread
Good morning! Glad to hear ID daughter and family are safe. We're trying to figure out at when we should head out that way to lend a hand with clean up efforts. Our employer graciously offers us two volunteer days a year away from work. I haven't used mine yet, this seems like a good time.

Re: The Official "Good Morning" Thread
Good morning all. Doing as little as I can get away with today. :9f: Sasha is on steroids. It's her inner ear. She is acting a little better this morning. At the moment she is sleeping in her downstairs bed. Ahhh, I've got antibiotics on the brain. My cat Mason is on week 3 of a 6 week regimen. Thi...

Good morning!
FWIW, I normally spend between an hour and a half and two hours on a summer weekend watering trees/plants/shrubs. I guess no need to do that this weekend.

Re: YmoBeThere, everything okay?
Not much new to report here. The bulk of the rain is east of the eye of the storm and over by Houston. We've had intermittent rain and a steady breeze/wind since last evening. There may be some flooding but definitely east of San Antonio. Honestly, for those of us on the west side of San Antonio, a ...

Re: YmoBeThere, everything okay?
Thanks, so far it has been uneventful for us. I'm sure many on the coast are suffering but for us here, there hasn't been much to see yet. We've had about a half inch of rain and it has been breezy but not heavy wind wise. Houston and places east of land fall have also gotten a lot more than we have...

Re: The Official "Good Morning" Thread
Good morning! Hopefully just some antibiotics for Sasha then? Not much to report weather wise here. Occasional gusts of wind, rain started some time between 5 and 6 AM. Light rain, which is actually not the norm for us. We normally get short heavy rains here. This is more like a gentle spring storm ...

So we have a little while longer to go I guess. Certainly enough to get to 40k.
