Yeah, the La Canada fire is getting close to me (Pasadena), as fires go. It's a town away. It's close enough that I can see the plumes of smoke as I drive in the area and someone else was driving this morning and told me they saw flames, as in THE fire. Plus you can smell the smoke outside... not go...
