What drives me nuts is when I'm on a two lane road (one lane each way), and I get stuck behind somebody going below the speed limit, who then SPEEDS up so I can't pass him safely in the passing zones. That drives me CRAZY. If I know somebody wants to pass me, I'll slow DOWN in the passing zones and...
