James Holmes 1st court appearance

James Holmes, the Movie Theatre Accused Killer, is in court on his 1st appearance. He has red/orange/yellow dyed hair like a clown. He looks like he is out of it. Probably hasn't slept since being booked. I feel for his parents. And also his public defender. Poor lady.

Even Diane Sawyer and George S, are saying that Holmes appears to "Be out of it, and nodding at times."

For sometime, so smart..... James Holmes is really "Acting/Pretending/or perhaps he is just Insane!"

The Judge is reading his rights and the charges.

So sad for the victims and their families, and everyone at the theatre that evening.
