I am on hold with Verizon. My phone decided this morning that it should no longer send or receive texts.

I have been very happy with the Verizon tech support folks over the last couple of weeks. Turned out it was a hardware (or firmware) problem in my phone, and they replaced it, but they spent lots of time on the phone with me, trying to get it fixed that way first. I can only complement and recommend their tech support department, both the front line and second level folks I dealt with.

That said, I hope they can get your problem fixed! }}}}}}

I was on hold quite some time, but the lady I talked to was very helpful, and it's working again.

It did run out of battery after that, but that isn't Verizon's fault.

Break from murder case. All we have left is the statement of the defendant, which is on video and lasts 1 hour and 24 minutes. About an hour and ten minutes of that consists of the defendant using the f word. I think he uses it at some point as every part of speech.

On a positive note, he has decided that giving up drinking entirely was a little much and has decided a beer on occasion is not a bad thing.
